Hear, O ye heavens, and give ear, O earth, and rejoice ye inhabitants thereof, for the Lord is God, and beside him there is no Savior. Great is his wisdom, marvelous are his ways, and the extent of his doings none can find out. His purposes fail not, neither are there any who can stay his hand. From eternity to eternity he is the same, and his years neverfail. For thus saith the Lord—I, the Lord, am merciful and gracious unto those who fear me, and delight to honor those who serve me in righteousness and in truth unto the end. Great shall be their reward and eternal shall be their glory.

I Love My Saviour!

Hello dearest ones,
This week has gone by sooooo slow. It feels like the transfer should be over already, but alas, it is only going on week three. Our investigators have been going through some tough and hard times and we've just been working though it with them.
Other than that though, I am doing wonderfully!! :) Life in the mission is good, and we are seeing miracles everyday! I just LOVE being a missionary with all of my heart! Being able to see people change their lives for the better is such a blessing!
I wish there was more to write, but everything is pretty much the same week to week. :) I know my emails just seem to be getting shorter and shorter. . . but I promise that everything is really going well!!
Man oh man, I want to tell you something epic.  Okay, I just thought of something that happened last night, it's not really EPPPPPICCC, but it was really good. We went by a potential investigator, who said he would come to church, but he didn't. We tried to get a return appointment, but he kept declining. I then felt really strongly I needed to give him a Plan of Salvation pamphlet and to ask him about life after death. He then mentioned his father and brother who had passed on, but that no one has ever given him a straight answer of where they have gone, which is why he has given up on religion. I told him that I knew the answer and I just bore my testimony of how I knew he would see his father and brother again. And now we have an appointment to teach him more on Tuesday. :)
I love this work and I love my Saviour!

Having a Blast!

Ali (Sister Stout) didn't have time to write an actual email this week.  We spent all her time emailing back and forth and she got a phone call in the middle and ran out of time.  So, I'll just copy and paste a few of the things she said...

So, the zone leaders rang us late last night and told us that we had to go to York for P-day.  We went out there so we could talk about our zone focus for the month. We are in an epic key indicator battle with the Hull zone!!!! And then we ordered pizza and  watched Sinbad and Planet 51.  And, yes, it is a two hour train ride, but our DL normally picks us up and so it's only an hour drive. :)
My DL from Redcar (Elder Spencer) is my ZL this transfer! And did I tell you that Sister Smith is training? She's training Sister Snow! So she is now my sister! :)
Don't worry mum, yeah, I am warm enough. I've aclimated pretty well. :D
Mummy . . . I am making SO MANY amazing friends out here. I just can't even describe to you how much I love all of these Elders and Sisters our here. They just bring me so much happiness and . . .UGH. I never knew friendships could be so EPIC! Transfer meeting was INCREDIBLE!  On Wednesday. . . I was running from one person to the next that I was missing like CRAZY and talking and laughing and just having SO MUCH FUN!!!!
And we had a baptism!!!! Richard got baptized and it was absolutely amazing! He is going to be such an amazing missionary one day!!! It was Incredible!
But unfortunately I have to go! :( We have some shopping to do!  I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!

Wonderful Miracles Happening

MADRE (and everyone else that I love and adore!),
I'M STAYING IN BRID, but I am getting a new companion, Sister Brown!!!! :D I'm so excited, I love that girl SO much!!!  I am super stoked about staying in Brid, as SO many wonderful miracles have been happening!
Remember the story I told last week about the young man that we started teaching? He is getting baptized on Friday! He is one of the most incredible people I have ever met in my life. He loves the gospel so much and it has been wonderful to see him change his life to live like he knows he should. SO EPIC!
We went to York for P-day and that was WAY fun! The Scarborough Elders came and picked us up and we went to go see the York Minster, which was AMAZING! And then we did the Jor Vic center, which was the sights and the smells of the vikings! Haha, that was pretty legit.  Just so you all know, vikings smell absolutely and horribly AWFUL!!! Sister Evans looked like she was going to be sick. Haha.
We got a TON of snow this week! It was CRAZY! And BEAUTIFUL! But the bad thing about snow is that chaves think it's incredibly funny to use us as target practice. I got so many of them thrown at me. We are currently avoiding all chaves (even the mini baby chaves) like the plague.
So, yes, that was my week. Haha, ANYWAY.
I love you all.
Adios,
